Where are the other products?
You can see the full range of products on the manufacturer website, but orders there will ship directly from South Korea. We use the manufacturer website for all custom orders and business orders.
We are still working on stocking products in warehouses worldwide, for faster shipping and to cut shipping costs on this website.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on your region. We currently have distribution warehouses in South Korea, USA and Germany. Shipping in these regions can take 1-3 business days to arrive.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
